The City of Dublin has obtained funding to perform a series of studies on privately-owned commercial office buildings to determine their eligibility for PACE (Property-Assessed Clean Energy) financing. The studies involve an audit of building energy performance to determine investment payback potential.

As office developments in Dublin begin to age, greater pressure will be created to look at ways to ensure the neighborhoods remain viable employment locations. The purpose of this program is to assist owners of aging buildings with identifying alternative funding sources to make building improvements to enhance their competitiveness and long-term viability.
