The district includes areas zoned SO (Suburban Office), TF (Tech Flex), R-2 (Limited Suburban), R-12 (Urban Residential), R (Rural), PUD – Coffman Park, PUD – Village at Coffman Park, PCD – Perimeter Center, PLR – Village at Heatherstone, PCD – Riverside, PCD – Riverside North, PUD – Avery Square Shopping Center, PUD – Ohio Health, PCD – Perimeter West, and PCD – Perimeter Liggett. Permitted uses in these zoning districts include administrative and executive offices, commerical development, and limited residential development.

Road Access to the Site
The primary access to the Perimeter Commerce District is from the Avery Road/33 I-270 Interchange, located .25 miles from Avery Road. Arterials Avery Road, Perimeter Loop, and Perimeter Drive provide additional access to the sites.
