(Dublin, OH) Dublin City Council has approved an economic development agreement with InnoSource, LLC, supporting the company’s plans to retain and expand its existing workforce within the City of Dublin.
InnoSource, a workforce solutions, human resources and outsourcing company headquartered in Dublin, helps organizations recruit, manage and develop talent across customer service, operations, sales and other critical business functions. The company combines experienced people, human resources expertise, operational capabilities and emerging AI-enabled solutions to help clients improve productivity, service and workforce performance. InnoSource serves leading organizations across a range of industries, including manufacturing, utilities, financial services, insurance and healthcare.

Under the agreement, the City of Dublin will provide a five-year, 10% performance incentive on income tax withholdings collected from InnoSource employees during calendar years 2027 through 2031, capped at $100,000 over the term of the agreement. The City also will provide a $50,000 retention grant to support the company’s expansion and related facility renovations.
InnoSource plans to increase headcount by 30 percent before Dec. 31, 2031, bringing its total anticipated Dublin employment to more than 100 positions. Based on the company’s payroll projections, the project is expected to generate approximately $846,000 in additional income tax withholding revenue for the City over the term of the agreement.
“InnoSource’s decision to remain and grow in Dublin is a great example of an established employer continuing to invest in its future here,” said Economic Development Administrator Jenna Goehring. “This agreement supports the retention of existing jobs, creates new employment opportunities and helps position InnoSource for its next phase of growth in our community.”
The location grant and performance incentive are contingent upon InnoSource providing documentation of an executed lease agreement of at least seven years and occupying a facility within the City of Dublin.
Dublin City Council approved the EDA after a second reading at the Aug. 24, 2026, meeting.
