The City of Dublin welcomes All In Dublin – a groundbreaking accessible and inclusive housing initiative that reflects our community’s commitment to connection and economic opportunity for people of all ages and abilities.
All In Dublin is a first-of-its-kind housing development in Ohio, led by All Inclusive Living, a Columbus-area nonprofit dedicated to creating communities where people of different abilities and ages can thrive together. Originally focused on housing solutions for adults with autism, All Inclusive Living’s mission has evolved to address broader housing needs: expanding accessible, inclusive options that help reduce isolation and strengthen social connections across generations and abilities.
A Community Built for Everyone
The All In Dublin project, located at the intersection of Dublin Center Drive and West Dublin-Granville Road, will bring 75 apartment homes to the City’s Bridge Street District. The development is being brought forward through a partnership between All Inclusive Living, TFG Housing Resources and the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), with support from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.
Of the 75 units planned, 25% will be specifically set aside for adults with disabilities, helping address a critical gap in the region’s housing landscape. Another 40% will have a preference for older adults, while the remaining units will provide workforce housing — meaning rents accessible for working families, young professionals and others who contribute to Dublin’s vibrant economy.
This inclusive design is intentionally more than “accessible housing.” All In Dublin is being shaped to facilitate real community – a place where residents can live, interact and support one another across age and ability. By bringing together accessible homes, proximity to transit and pedestrian-friendly design, this development aligns with Dublin’s vision for thriving neighborhoods that support people throughout their lives.
Engagement and Innovation
Throughout the planning process, All Inclusive Living has engaged with community members, stakeholders and local partners to ensure the project reflects shared values and needs. The organization hosted ongoing events such as town halls and design workshops, creating opportunities for residents to learn about the initiative, contribute feedback and stay connected to the progress of this innovative project.
The All In team was very responsive to the comments and feedback they received from both City staff and the City’s Planning & Zoning Commission during the approval process. They were also creative in finding solutions to site challenges while addressing the Bridge Street Code requirements. Additionally, the development will include various publicly accessible open spaces and art installations.
A Future-Forward Addition to Dublin
Construction on All In Dublin is anticipated to begin in Summer 2026, with the first residents expected to move in by Fall 2027. The development represents a meaningful step in expanding housing choices in Dublin – particularly for populations that have historically faced limited options in high-cost communities.
