Dublin City Council has approved a development agreement with Indus Hotels and The Daimler Group, Inc., for Bridge North, a dynamic, mixed-use project, located on Riverside Drive between John Shields Parkway and Tuller Road, that includes 75,000 square feet of new Class A office space, 280 multi-family units, retail space, structured parking and a 150-key Tempo, by Hilton, hotel. With its prime location along Riverside Drive, Bridge North will expand the successful Bridge Park model, reinforcing Dublin as one of Central Ohio’s most sought-after destinations for businesses and talent. Construction is expected to begin in 2026.
“Bridge Park has proven to be an unparalleled magnet for companies and employees seeking a modern, connected environment,” says Director of Economic Development Jeremiah Gracia. “The addition of 75,000 square feet of new office space in Bridge North will give businesses more opportunities to grow in or locate to Dublin while keeping their teams connected to world-class amenities, including restaurants, markets, health and wellness options, recreation and walking paths.”
To support the project’s infrastructure, the development agreement incorporates public-private financing tools that will support infrastructure, including:
- A 610+ space parking garage
- Roadway improvements
- Extension of the Dublink fiber network to support the new development
- Open green space amenities
Bridge North reflects the City’s commitment to providing quality office options that meet the needs of today’s workforce while supporting Dublin’s vision to remain a global city of choice.
The Bridge North Preliminary Development Plan is currently under review. A Final Development Plan will be presented to the City’s Planning & Zoning Commission and subsequently to City Council for approval in the coming months.
Construction is expected to be completed in phases, with initial occupancy projected for 2028.
