Dublin-based Matrix Food Technology is working to bring lab-grown meat to market. Grown from animal cells in the lab, this cultured meat avoids the use of actual animals in production.
“We have customers that are growing beef, chicken, pork, fish, lobster, shrimp and even milk,” said CEO Eric Jenkusky. “It’s all real meat, and it’s not genetically modified.”
