DUBLIN — In five years, Dublin City leaders say their vision of bridging the gap between new and old will be a reality. The project will include a new $19 million pedestrian bridge spanning the Scioto River, as well as a $24 million park, and at least another million dollars for outdoor ice skating and a rock climbing wall.
