Companies incur significant expenses, particularly related to moving and/or fitting-up office space with proper wiring/technology upgrades. The City may provide a Technology Grant and/or Relocation Grant to offset some of these costs.
Grants
The value of these grants are reviewed on a project by project basis and take into consideration total capital investments by the company, new/retained jobs, and other related costs associated with the project.
