The City of Dublin will host an Economic Development Strategic Plan Rollout and Envision Dublin Update, 4-6 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 16, at The Exchange at Bridge Park. The event will present how the City’s future growth impacts business retention, expansion and recruitment.
A recent Tenant Migration Report shows Dublin as the area where Columbus-area office tenants were most interested in moving. The City’s “live, work, play” spaces, including Bridge Park and Historic Dublin, were cited as strong draws for small businesses and tech companies.
During the program, City leadership, including City Manager Megan O’Callaghan, Director of Economic Development Jeremiah Gracia and Director of Planning Jenny Rauch, will discuss how the City’s economic development strategy supports Envision Dublin, the City’s roadmap to drive future growth and development for the next 20 years.
Attendees will hear plans for Dublin’s future, including the Intel Impact, mixed-use developments, digital workforce, innovation ecosystem, ongoing investments in amenities and infrastructure and industry growth in targeted areas.
Business owners, investors, developers and residents are invited to attend. Additional details about the meeting, including the agenda and reservations, can be found here.
