In the first quarter of 2026, Dublin represented 15% of all Central Ohio leasing volume, reinforcing its position as a top submarket for companies seeking high-quality office, flex tech, light industrial and development opportunities. Dublin’s economic landscape is driven by a clear strategy, strong public-private partnerships and a commitment to helping companies grow with confidence.
From site selection and development support to workforce connections, fiber access and quality-of-place investments, the City of Dublin is focused on one message for the business community: Dublin takes care of business.
“As companies across Central Ohio evaluate where to locate, expand and invest, Dublin continues to stand out as one of the region’s most active and attractive business destinations,” said Jeremiah Gracia, Director of Economic Development for the City of Dublin. “Whether a company is relocating, expanding or launching something new, our team is here to help remove barriers, make connections and support long-term success.”
Supporting Business at Every Stage
The City’s Economic Development team works closely with businesses, brokers, site selectors, developers, entrepreneurs and regional partners to provide tailored support throughout the business growth journey.
For companies exploring Dublin, the team provides site selection assistance, helping identify available properties that align with specific business needs. Current opportunities span Class A office, flex tech, light industrial and development-ready land, giving companies options as they plan for their next phase of growth.
For businesses preparing to expand or develop space, Dublin’s weekly Development Office Hours provide direct access to staff from Economic Development, Engineering, Community Planning & Development, Building Standards and Transportation & Mobility. This collaborative approach helps companies better understand zoning and code requirements, permitting timelines, site development considerations, infrastructure needs and available economic development resources.
The result is a transparent, predictable and business-friendly experience.
“Our goal is to be a single point of contact and a connector for the business community,” Gracia said. “Development Office Hours are a great example of how we bring the right people to the table early, save time and help companies make informed decisions.”
Companies Are Choosing Dublin
Recent wins show that companies continue to see Dublin as a place where they can grow. In 2025 and 2026, Dublin welcomed or retained a diverse mix of businesses, including AssetWatch, Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP, Compass Tech International, Next Level Technologies, Ohio Insurance Agents Association, Raymond James, Roto, Apricity Robotics, Micware North America, Nestlé North American Quality Assurance Center, RNA Nano Robotics, ROSEN USA and Securitas Security Services.
Several of these wins came without incentives, demonstrating the strength of Dublin’s location, amenities, infrastructure and business environment.
Apricity Robotics, a healthcare robotics company focused on sonography, is leasing 6,000 square feet at Cramer Creek Court after previously participating in the COhatch and City of Dublin pitch event. Micware North America, which develops automotive navigation systems and connected mobility infrastructure, is renovating 28,663 square feet of office space at 5525 Parkcenter Circle as it plans for growth. ROSEN USA, a global technology company serving the oil, gas, energy and mining sectors, located its Data Analysis department in Dublin and plans to grow from 27 full-time employees to 100 over the next three years.
These projects reflect the type of innovation, technology and professional services activity that continues to shape Dublin’s economy.
A Strategy Built for the Future
Dublin’s Economic Development strategy is focused on maintaining high-quality infrastructure and quality of place while nurturing targeted industry clusters, streamlining development processes, fostering sustainable public-private partnerships and creating distinctive mixed-use development nodes.
That strategy is visible across the community.
In the West Innovation District, the City is advancing site readiness, infrastructure planning and development initiatives that support long-term economic growth. The adopted West Innovation District Integrated Implementation Strategy provides a coordinated roadmap for guiding public infrastructure investments and preparing sites for targeted industries. Dublin also earned Advanced Site Readiness recognition through the Ohio Life Sciences Life Science Ready Community Program and bronze recognition through the CSX Site Select Program.
At Metro Center, the City continues work tied to the Metro Center Revitalization Plan, including engagement with property owners and the establishment of a new Metro Owner Association Board. These efforts are designed to support reinvestment, modernize key employment areas and create new opportunities for catalytic redevelopment.
Dublin is also continuing momentum in the Bridge Street District, where projects such as the Cenovus headquarters, Riverview Village and other mixed-use investments are strengthening the City’s position as a vibrant destination for talent, business and community life.
