Incentives Approved for Rapidly-Growing Tech Business Looking to Relocate HQ to Dublin

  • March 4, 2020

Dublin City Council approved an incentives package for g2o, the largest Ohio-owned digital experience and technology consulting company, specializing in digital experience, technology, marketing, data and analytics.

The company has had a presence in central Ohio since the early 1980s. They are outgrowing their current space in Columbus and have found a location in Dublin that better meets their current and future needs. The relocation will bring approximately 150 existing jobs to Dublin, with 60 new jobs expected by 2027.

“g2o has established itself as a notable innovator in the tech industry,” says Colleen Gilger, Economic Development Director for the City of Dublin. “They are a perfect fit for Dublin and our growing tech community. Keeping these high-quality jobs in central Ohio is a win for the region.”

The Economic Development Agreement (EDA) requires the company to sign a minimum ten-year lease in Dublin. The City expects to make approximately $3.8 million over the ten-year term.

Council approved the EDA after a second reading at its meeting on March 2.
