Nathan Heerdt stayed in tech but took a seven-year break from entrepreneurship after founding two startups that didn’t end well. He even delivered a raw, frank talk on startup failure at the first Columbus Startup Week.
Today he’s back in the founder role, with two equal partners this time, and they’re landing big institutional customers for Healthy Roster Inc., a telemedicine app coupled with electronic health record and workflow software specialized for sports medicine.
“I wasn’t sure I was going to do another startup,” Heerdt said. “You get to a point where you say, I’ve got to take another run at this.”
