Dublin, Ohio-based developer Crawford Hoying announced today the completion of a 10-year lease in its Bridge Park development for a second location for Cameron Mitchell Restaurants’ latest restaurant concept, The Avenue Steak Tavern (The Avenue). Brent Crawford, principal of Crawford Hoying, made the announcement.
