The City of Dublin will host an Economic Development Strategy Update 4-6 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 3, at The Exchange at Bridge Park. The free event will present how the City’s future growth impacts business retention, expansion and recruitment and provide updates about the Envision Dublin Community Plan and Metro Center Revitalization.
A recent Columbus Business First article states that while most employers are looking for less office space than pre-pandemic levels, the Dublin market continues to be a sought-after choice due to amenities close to the office.
During the program, City leadership, including City Manager Megan O’Callaghan, Director of Economic Development Jeremiah Gracia, Director of Community Planning & Development Jenny Rauch and Senior Planner Chris Will, will share accomplishments from the past year following the initial roll-out of the Economic Development Strategy, how it aligns with the newly adopted community plan. Attendees will also get a first look at the Metro Center Revitalization framework plan, including a 3D model showcasing the visionary changes.
Business owners, investors, developers and residents are invited to attend. Additional details about the meeting, including the agenda and reservations, can be found here.
